Flight of The Conchords, Fly!

i just received one of the greatest pieces of news in a while. regarding entertainment. flight of the conchords, the 4th most popular folk comedy duo in new zealand, are gonna start their own TV show. called.. Flight of The Conchords. amazing. if you dont know who they are, go to youtube and search for flight of the conchords and watch at least "Jenny", "Hiphoppotamus vs. Rhymenocareous" & "Business Time". they are utterly fantastic. so if you havent heard of them, check them out immediately.

and here we have an ad for the upcoming TV show, which airs on HBO (!). starting 17th June.



also if you go to myspace you can see the entire episode before it airs. its sweet. well worth it.

ps. the editing of the amsterdam video is taking a bit longer than expected, i always seem to misjudge the amount of time it takes to import all the raw footage. but dont despair, i shall have it ready in the near future.

Amsterdam Reprise

it would seem as if i have completely forsaken my blog. but thats not the case. i have just been busy. :) i have an announcement of small proportions to make. i just realised that the short film im editing together of all the material we filmed in amsterdam can be reduced in quality (and posssibly length) so that i can post it on the web. i shall post it on my blog at the beginning of next week, since i shall have it done by the end of this one. however, if it for some reason turns out to be hugely huge, im afraid i probably wont post it. tho hugely huge things can always be made smaller, so in all probability youll see a clip here within 10days. so then youll get a better picture of what happened there, and how awesome it actually was. im off now.

Amsterdam

so here we go. finally something bout my trip, not probably enuf to satisfy your hunger. but anyway. it was a fantastic trip in every way (except that finland lost the damn ice hockey final.....), but every other aspect of the trip was ROKIN. just like you see in the pic below. we lived at my friend ayus place in haarlem, which is like 15min by train from dam. a stylish house right by the canal, steep skinny stairs and a damn chilled couch. dunno really what to say, i dont jaksa to go through everthing we did. but yeah, after a couple of museums, quite a few pubs & clubs, a cpl of hockey games, a significant amount of rokin, and too many heinekens later my crew left. this being last sunday, after which i went to rotterdam for most of the remaining days (an hour away from dam), but thats a different story.
anyway, it was a sweet trip, very chilled and totally rokin. I <3 Amsterdam. im going there again probably within a month, or latest in the summer. and yes, they DO drown 'em in that shit (ie. mayonaise).

right. as i said yesterday, i was gonna post a post about my trip to the wonderful and oh so exciting dam to the amster, but sadly for you im tired again. been out all day, eating lunch with my mom, playing a bit of football, watchin movies and fleguileing outside, but anyway to the point. so yeah, im not gonna post anything today, cos 1. i dont have the energy 2. i want to include pics in my post, and i *most definitely* do not have the energy to import my pics from my cam. so 3. theres gonna be nothin bout dam.
but yes, tmrw i promise. you have my word. people dont have my word very often, and now you do. think about it.

Gone but not forgotten.

hi yall! im really really really sorry for not having posted in ages. i actually wrote quite a long post last week, but a bit before i was gonna post it my safari crashed, and i lost the text.. and i didnt have the energy to write it all again.

but yes, im back, and i havent forgotten about this blog or forsaken it for that matter. but i just came back from AMSTERDAM a cpl of hours ago.. and ive only slept like 2hrs in the last 40... so im a tad tired. im just posting this quick update to show that i havent forgotten bout my blog.. but check back tmrw and maybe ill have posted some pics and other awesomeness from my trip to the dam.

now. off to bed.
